Oh, I forgot about this little review I gave of my new keyboard! Thanks for following up. I guess I've had my new keyboard about five months now, so let me think...

I am both happy with the decision to buy a mechanical keyboard, and the decision to buy the specific keyboard I did. I have no regrets about that. I made the right decision about getting a keyboard without a number pad. I don't miss it at all, and greatly appreciate the extra desk space.

I can't think of a single negative issue I have with it. It's in perfect working order. I expect it to stay that way for many many years, due to the nature of good mechanical keyboards. The key layout is great. My "penguin keys" look and work great. It feels good and looks good. I don't think I can think of anything I would change about this keyboard.

It might be exciting to try another type of switch, such as Cherry MX blue, but I've been happy with the decision to buy a keyboard with Cherry MX brown switches.

In regards to what it feels like to type for a long period of time, it's difficult for to say. I definitely like the feel of the keys, much more than the regular keyboards I use at work. I don't think my mechanical keyboard helps me make fewer mistakes. I do feel like I can type a little faster though, as if my fingers "glide" from key to key. The keys need very little effort to register a key press, so that's nice.

I still agree with everything I wrote in the original post. I am happy with my purchase and feel it was worth the money. I don't think everyone will agree, but that's my opinion.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi,

Guessing you've used this a lot more since the post and I was wondering what you thought of it now.

Does it still feel like a good purchase?
Have you had any issues using it?
What's it feel like typing over a long period of time?

Thanks
